Local Vitals

Vital signs for every location's website.

Local Vitals reads a company's Google Analytics 4 data for every one of its locations, scores each against its own normal, and explains the result in plain language — what's happening, why, and what to do about it.

What's happening

Each location gets a health score from 0 to 100 and a green, yellow or red status, so a portfolio of 90 venues reads at a glance.

Why

When leads or traffic move, the monitor checks the channel, landing page, campaign and form data and says which one changed, in a sentence.

What to do

Every alert ends with the next step: test the form, check the paused campaign, look at the ranking drop. No guesswork.

How it works

Connect a Google account with read-only access to your GA4 properties. Local Vitals pulls the reporting data hourly, scores it, fires alerts to Slack or email, and writes a weekly report. Everything it says is checked against the numbers before it is shown.

Who's behind it

Built and run by Will Newton in Orange County, California, for multi-location companies: wedding venues first, then hotels and restaurant groups.
